I haven’t been stitching much the last couple days because I’ve been too busy (1) cleaning up my studio, (2) preparing for vacation and (3) gathering things to stitch and piece for both my week in Arizona and week at Gerry’s. Am also thinking ahead and gathering things for the CQ Adventure in April.
So, here are a couple vintage Valentine images for you and also a couple vintage embroidery patterns. Enjoy!
Hello Cathy enjoy your holiday in both places. I would love to visit that art show you always go to. I will look forward to seeing some pics of it. Take care and safe travels. Hugs Judy
ReplyDeleteI love that farmer cupid! You promised additions on etsy but I think you are too busy! I really need to wait awhile anyway so don't hurry! LOL
ReplyDeleteThose images look familiar - do you subscribe to Dover's samplers website? I was on there this morning, and very nearly chose the same one as you to post on my blog on Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteThe embroidery patterns are sweet. If I didn't have so much else to do, I might have copied them to keep for a rainy day.
If little farmer cupid had brown eyes, he'd be the image of me at 2-3 years old. Hard to believe, but I had curly blond hair, and my mom dressed me in overalls a lot.
ReplyDeleteSo jealous that you get to go visit Gerry K. for a week. I hope you'll both post lots of photos of your time together. I missed her so much last retreat!
Thanks, Cathy, these are great!
ReplyDeleteHope you had an extra sweet Valentine's Day this year...
